Odesa firm with wanted owner fined for collusion and tender abuse

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined three limited liability companies registered in Odesa for anticompetitive concerted actions related to the distortion of bidding results.

This was reported by the AMCU press service.

They noted that it is Aditus Implant Medical LLC, registered in Kyiv in 2019. Santer's Trade LLC, registered in Odesa in 2022, and Medtorg Service LLC, also registered in Odesa in 2019.

Antimonopoly authorities fined all three participants a total of UAH 947,465 for distortion of bidding results. The largest fine was paid by Aditus Implant Medical LLC, which had to pay UAH 494.1 thousand. The other two companies received fines of UAH 226.7 thousand each.

The ultimate beneficiary of Santer's Trade LLC is Olena Tashtanova. A person with the same first name, last name and patronymic is wanted by the police as a person hiding from the investigation. She disappeared on July 14, 2024 in Odesa. There is a court order to detain her for trial.

She is also the owner of the founder of Santer's Trade LLC, the limited liability company Impera. According to the YouConnrol service, in total, she is either a director, participant or beneficiary in more than 300 companies.

At the same time, the YouControl service provides data on cases in courts where Olena Tashtanova with the same patronymic as the businesswoman is supposed to participate as a lawyer in court hearings that took place in 2025.
