JSC Mykolaivoblenergo entered into an agreement to purchase new computers and laptops for a total of over three million hryvnias. The company decided to engage a newly created company without a tender, and therefore without competition.

According to the Public Procurement Center, the relevant information was published in the Prozorro system.

It is about 100 sets of computers and 7 laptops for the enterprise.

On the Prozorro website, Mykolaivoblenergo held an open tender with special features that provided for shorter terms of the procedure. Only one company took part in it, and it won. On August 19, the contract was signed with Optomix LLC.

Initially, Mykolaivoblenergo planned to spend UAH 3 , 316,000 on the equipment, but the company agreed to supply the goods for a slightly lower amount - UAH 3,296,000.

According to the YouControl service, Optomix Limited Liability Company was registered in Ivano-Frankivsk in April 2024, i.e. 4 months ago, and it has already participated in e-procurement. The owner is Dmytro Shlimovych Shlimovych.

Mykolaivoblenergo has set a number of technical requirements for computer equipment: a six-core Intel® Core processor, 16 gigabytes of RAM, a 24-inch monitor and Windows 11 Pro operating system are required.

Also, the supplier must provide a warranty for the monitor and computer for at least 36 months, with a one-year warranty for the keyboard and mouse.

Recently, the Center for Public Investigations reported that Mykolaivoblenergo JSC announced eight tenders for the reconstruction of cable power lines. It will take more than twenty million hryvnias from the budget. The reconstruction is to be carried out in the Central, Zavodskyi and Ingulskyi districts of the city.

Thus, the first lot is planned to cost UAH 4,221,546, the second will cost UAH 6,657,880, the third - UAH 5,556,796, the fourth - UAH 2,107,240, the fifth - UAH 352,610, the sixth - UAH 716,680, the seventh - UAH 498,400, and the eighth - UAH 294,200.
