In Mykolaiv, a contractor for the construction of a pilot boat was selected on the second attempt. The winner of the tender was a company that was established during the war.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

The Delta-Lotsman branch of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" located in Mykolaiv held an auction in the format of open bidding with special features.

The expected value of the vessel was UAH 134.13 million, but the price decreased during the bidding. The lowest bid of UAH 109.3 million was made by Ukrainian Marine Shipbuilding LLC, which is currently awaiting a final decision.

The winner's competitors were Black Sea Yacht Shipyard LLC, which reduced its initial bid from UAH 126.8 million to UAH 110 million.

The boat is to be delivered by December 31, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the tender documents.

According to YouControl, Ukrainian Marine Shipbuilding LLC was registered on June 23, 2022, in Kyiv. The company specializes in the construction of pleasure and sports boats. The company is headed by Mykola Sadovyi. The authorized capital is UAH 5,000. In addition to its core business, the company manufactures plastic products, metal tanks, forging and stamping.

At the end of September last year, Delta-Lotsman had already announced a tender for the purchase of a boat. It was planned to spend almost 158 million hryvnias for its purchase.

Intent has already written that Delta-Lotsman, a state-owned enterprise of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, will repair the pilot boat Lotsman Yemelyanov. About four million hryvnias will be spent on this.
