Mykolaiv plans to repair the pilot boat Lotsman Emelyanov. It will cost about four million hryvnias.
This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro public procurement system.
The customer of the work was the Delta Pilot branch of the state enterprise Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
The expected value of the procurement was UAH 6 million 480 thousand. The amount of the bid security was UAH 64 thousand.
The winner must post a security for the fulfillment of the procurement contract, which amounts to 3 percent of the transaction value. The repair work is to be completed by June 30, 2025.
<span>The auction was held on September 4. Two bidders took part in the auction - </span><span>JV Techflot LLC with a bid of </span>UAH 4,449,000 and <span>Nibulon Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant LLC with a bid of </span>UAH 3,950,000. The latter is currently awaiting a decision on the agreement.
The warranty should be at least one year from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate for the ship's repair. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the vessel and its equipment, as well as all material resources that have been replaced or dismantled, is borne by the contractor.
Among other things, the contractor will have to replace the plating, repair the propeller, hull, decks, decks and watertight bulkheads, and clean the underwater part of the vessel.
The port of Odesa is also going to repair the vessel. Thus, the USPA is looking for a contractor to repair the MNMS-51. They are ready to spend almost UAH 7 million on the work. The customer is the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority".
The Mykolaiv Seaport Authority also announced a tender for the reconstruction of furnace, boiler and pumping station equipment. The company plans to spend more than eight and a half million hryvnias from its budget. In addition, the port plans to repair railroad tracks and switches. The expected cost is over UAH 17 million.
