Mykolaiv region plans to spend 19 million on reconstruction of kindergarten

UAH 19 million was allocated to rebuild a kindergarten in the Mykolaiv region. The reconstruction of the institution began in 2020.

It is planned to reconstruct the Malyatko preschool educational institution with landscaping in the village of Syniukhin Brid, Pervomaiskyi district, Mykolaiv region.

According to the description, the goal of the project is to ensure uninterrupted access to educational services.

The kindergarten is designed for 60 children, has two floors, and has a building area of 513 square meters.

The total estimated budget of the project is UAH 19 million 400 thousand. Of this amount, UAH 15 million 378 thousand 225 will be spent on construction, and UAH 4 million 59 thousand 812 on other capital expenditures.

The project was initiated by the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

In August 2020, the Syniukhino-Brid village council announced an auction for the reconstruction of a kindergarten. It was planned to spend 620 million hryvnias for this purpose. However, the auction was canceled due to the inability to eliminate violations in the publication of procurement documents.

In December 2020, the bidding was announced again. The contract was signed with Andrii Makovetskyi, a private entrepreneur, for UAH 550 million. But the agreement was terminated because the facility was transferred to another customer.

In June 2021, 49 thousand 800 hryvnias were spent on the development of a detailed plan of the territory. In July, an agreement worth UAH 64,800 was signed with the same individual entrepreneur, Andrii Makovetskyi, to carry out the author's supervision of the facility, but the contract was also terminated early.

In 2021, the Government allocated almost UAH 11 million for the reconstruction of this children's institution. The restoration of the institution was part of the President of Ukraine's "Big Construction" program. But due to the full-scale invasion, the reconstruction was suspended.

Currently, according to the project description, its implementation has been underway since August 2024. The estimated duration of the kindergarten reconstruction project is 12 months.

Also in the Mykolaiv region, they decided to reconstruct a kindergarten that has been restored since 2021. More than 56 million hryvnias were allocated from the budget, which is 10 million more than last year. It is planned to reconstruct the Kobleve pre-school "Sunshine". This project was also part of the President's Big Construction program.

Recently, an agreement was signed in Mykolaiv region to repair a shelter, the construction of which was planned for 2019. More than UAH 19 million was allocated from the budget. The tender was won by a company that was registered almost a year ago, but this did not prevent the company's beneficiary from earning more than UAH 40 million in government tenders.

In addition, a shelter for lyceum students will be built in Mykolaiv region. More than UAH 35 million has been allocated from the budget for this purpose. A modern civil defense shelter is planned to be built on the territory of the Nechayansky lyceum. It will ensure the safe conduct of the educational process in the face of possible threats. The construction was designed by a company that was featured in a journalistic investigation.
