The procurement procedure was announced through the Prozorro system, but is currently suspended due to complaints. The first complaint was filed by Olkris Construction Company LLC, which claimed discriminatory requirements of the tender documentation. However, the appeal body left it without consideration, as the complaint did not meet the requirements of paragraphs 2-5 and 9 of Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement". The relevant decision was published on April 11, 2025.

The second complaint was filed by Tanolbud LLC on April 14. It also refers to the establishment of discriminatory conditions in the tender documentation. This complaint has been accepted for consideration, and a decision on it is currently pending. Intent has already written about this tender. UAH 19 million 347 thousand has been allocated for the restoration of the radiation shelter at the Stepkivska gymnasium, which currently has 103 students.
