Mykolaiv is to hold a tender for the reconstruction of the water supply system for almost UAH 20 million. Proposals will be accepted until May 19, and the work should be completed by the end of March 2026.

This is according to the Prozorro procurement system.

Mykolaiv Vodokanal has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the water supply network on Elektronna Street - from Pershotravneva Street to Oleksandr Yanata Street. The expected cost of the works is UAH 19.4 million.

According to the tender documents, the procurement is carried out under the open bidding procedure with special conditions and is classified as other final works, i.e. reconstruction. Bids will be accepted until May 19, 2025, and the auction is scheduled for May 20. The reconstruction should be completed by March 31, 2026.

The minimum price reduction step is UAH 193 thousand 975. The customer provides for an advance payment of 20% of the contract value. It was also noted that further payments will be made after part of the work is completed - no more than once a month and provided that the payment amount is at least 10% of the total cost. The final payment will be made within 30 days after signing the acceptance certificate.

The only criterion for determining the winner is the lowest price. No performance security is required. Proposals must be submitted in Ukrainian.

Mykolaivvodokanal has also recently announced an open tender for the restoration of asphalt concrete pavement on the city's streets after the completion of repairs to utility networks. The expected cost of the works is UAH 13 million 931 thousand.

In total, in 2024, the company concluded procurement contracts worth more than half a billion hryvnias. The most expensive tenders were those related to the reconstruction of water supply systems, road repairs and electricity supply. The company spent more than UAH 493 million on the most expensive procurements during the year alone.
