Heating main to be reconstructed in Mykolaiv for over UAH 15 million

Mykolaiv has announced a search for a contractor to reconstruct the heating main at 6 Slobidska Street. The auction will take place on May 13, and the work should be completed by the end of 2025.

This is according to the Prozorro procurement system.

PJSC Mykolaivska CHP has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the heating main at 6-a Slobidska Street in Mykolaiv. This is the second stage of works at the site.

The expected cost of the works is over UAH 15 million. The procurement was announced as an open tender with the special feature that the tender offer can be submitted until May 13, 2025. The auction is scheduled for the same day.

The winner of the order will have to complete all the work by the end of 2025. Payment will be made upon completion of the work, within 60 calendar days. The minimum price reduction step during the auction is UAH 76.6 thousand or 0.5%.

The size of the minimum price reduction step is UAH 76,669. The customer of the works is PJSC Mykolaivska CHP. Bidders are not required to provide a bid security.

Tenderers must provide information on the availability of employees with appropriate qualifications who have the necessary knowledge and experience. They must also confirm the experience of performing a similar contract(s).

Recently, Mykolaiv CHP announced tenders for the reconstruction of heating networks, the total amount of which exceeds UAH 70 million. The contract was awarded to companies that had previously been involved in corruption-related investigations.

Another contract worth UAH 78 million was signed in Mykolaiv to modernize a pumping station. The contract for this project was awarded to a company that has repeatedly been the subject of journalistic investigations and criminal cases. In particular, the company was accused of abusing its ties with local officials, corruption schemes, and overcharging.
