This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

Bids will be accepted until May 1, and the auction is scheduled for May 2. The customer allows advance payments of up to 30% of the cost of the work. The used advance payment will be repaid on the basis of certificates of completion.

The winning contractor must provide a bank guarantee for 1% of the contract amount. The documents must confirm the company's ability to guarantee the proper fulfillment of the contract. The customer is the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Mykolaiv Oblast.

Another tender has also been announced in Mykolaiv region, this time for the maintenance of the Ingul bridge. More than UAH 26 million has been allocated for the works, which are to be completed by the end of 2025, and the contractor will be selected at an open tender.

According to Intent's analysis, last year, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Mykolaiv Oblast was the customer of the most expensive procurement in the region, worth more than UAH 13 billion. One of the largest was a UAH 2.2 billion deal for the construction of a traffic interchange near the Pivdenobugskyi Bridge on the M-14 highway.
