Mykolaiv plans to reconstruct a part of the heating network on Dniprovska Street for almost UAH 22 million. The tender has already been announced, the winner will be determined at an auction, and the work should be completed by the end of 2025.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro procurement platform.

Mykolaivoblteploenergo, a regional utility company, has announced a tender for the reconstruction of a section of heating networks on Dniprovska Street. The expected cost of the work is UAH 22.17 million, and the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.

The project involves the modernization of pipelines between heating network nodes 5-4 and 5-1 within the city. The procurement procedure has already begun - bids will be accepted until June 26, and the auction will take place on June 27. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 221.6 thousand.

The works will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Government Resolution No. 1178. Under the terms of the tender, the contractor will receive an advance payment of 20% of the contract amount, and the rest will be paid after the works are completed and the required reporting is submitted. The client does not require bidders to provide security for the tender proposal and the contract.

The selected contractor must confirm that it has the necessary employees and equipment to perform the work. In particular, it must have at least two electric and gas welders, two manual welders, and five fitters. It is also necessary to provide information on the availability of equipment: 5 welding machines, 2 perforators, at least 2 excavators and 2 dump trucks, and 1 truck crane.

At the end of April, Mykolaiv CHP announced a tender for the reconstruction of a heating main on 6-a Slobidska Street. The cost of the work is over UAH 15 million. The winner was a company that had already been involved in an investigation into possible misuse of budget funds. Despite its dubious reputation, it continues to receive millions of dollars in orders from state and municipal institutions.
