The memorial to honor those who died in the Russian-Ukrainian war during Russia's military aggression against Ukraine cost 337,000 hryvnias.

At the beginning of the year, more than 48 million hryvnias were planned for the maintenance of green areas in the city, while at the end of the year, the amount was 89.04 million hryvnias. More than UAH three million was spent from the regional budget for these purposes. The largest expenditures were for fuel, repairs and consulting services.

Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration also made purchases, planning to spend over UAH 36 million from the local budget. The bulk of the funds were used to provide vehicles, technical support, and purchase drones and specialized equipment.

At the same time, certain expenses, such as the purchase of honorary awards, stamps, and the organization of webinars, raise questions about the appropriateness of such use of budget funds.
