Mykolaiv Official Heorhiy Reshetilov Declares ₴1.32M Income and Properties

The deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Heorhiy Reshetilov, earned almost half a million more and declared real estate and foreign currency savings.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

In 2024, the deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military District Administration, Heorhii Reshetilov, earned UAH 407,989 more. While in 2023 the official's salary was UAH 912 thousand 971, in 2024 it was already UAH 1 million 320 thousand 960.

The official also received UAH 82,969 in salary from Mykolaiv Agrarian University.

His wife, Nataliia, earned UAH 1 million 96 thousand 500 from entrepreneurial activities and received more than 33 social payments. In addition, he received interest from a Ukrainian government bond in the amount of over UAH 38 thousand, and income from the disposal of securities amounted to half a million.

The official's daughter, Ulyana, received a scholarship of UAH 18,507 and other income of UAH 3,020 from Mykolaiv Agrarian University.

The family does not use cars, but they do own real estate. From 2019 to 2022, the Reshetilov family owned an apartment in Mykolaiv (registered in his wife's name) and a 0.08-hectare land plot in the village of Kyriakivka (owned by an official).

In May 2023, Reshetilov purchased a 0.1512-hectare land plot in the village of Sviatomykolaivka, a 180-square-meter cottage in Koblevo, and another apartment in Mykolaiv.

The official keeps 135 thousand dollars in cash and 351 thousand 20 hryvnias in PrivatBank. His wife keeps 20 thousand US dollars in cash.

For comparison, in 2019, only the official had savings of UAH 340 thousand. In the first year of the full-scale war, Reshetilov earned UAH 967.9 thousand, and his family's savings increased to UAH 1.2 million. His wife received 32 thousand hryvnias in living allowance from the government.

The following year, the situation repeated itself: the official earned UAH 935.4 thousand and inherited another UAH 4 million. As a result, the family's savings increased by UAH 5 million, and his wife again received a state housing allowance, this time in the amount of UAH 96 thousand.

The official did not receive any additional payments. In the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, only two deputies received financial aid - Yuriy Hranaturov (UAH 95.4 thousand) and Mykola Marinov (UAH 82.8 thousand). At the same time, both officials have considerable incomes: Hranaturov earned UAH 1 million, and Marinov earned UAH 868.4 thousand.
