Mykolaiv MP bought land and sold real estate

A member of the Verkhovna Rada from Mykolaiv purchased a land plot and sold real estate. The seller of the land is connected to the company of the MP's husband, a former deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified State Register of Declarations.

Thus, on August 30, 2024, MP Iryna Kormyshkina purchased a land plot with a total area of 140000 m2 for UAH 763,000. The said land plot is located in Voznesensk district, in the Yelanetska territorial community, in the village of Kalynivka.

The seller of the land plot is Valentyn Mykolayovych Shapovalov.

According to the online analytical system YouControl, the latter is the head of the company "JV "Southern Agricultural Export Company", with a charter capital of one thousand hryvnias, in which Kormyshkin Yuriy Anatoliyovych, the deputy's husband, is a signatory. The company was repeatedly mentioned in journalistic investigations. One of them was connected to a black grain export scheme. In 2024, the company was involved in a criminal case related to tax evasion in excess of UAH 30 million.

Valentyn Shapovalov is also the founder of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the State Service for Combating Economic Crime of the Mykolaiv Oblast Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In addition, on October 4, 2024, Iryna Kormyshkina sold real estate worth UAH 298,328. The buyer of the property was Yurii Oleksandrovych Voloshyn.

In July 2024, MP from the Servant of the People party , Iryna Kormyshkina, sold property worth UAH 7.3 million. The day before, her husband, latifundist Yuriy Kormyshkin, resigned as a deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council.

In May, the deputy became one of the top five richest MPs. In 2023, she earned UAH 123.5 million. In the same year, Iryna Kormyshkina purchased a land plot in the village of Kalynivka, Mykolaiv region, with an area of 920 thousand square meters. The purchase cost her 5 million 142 thousand hryvnias.

In the Verkhovna Rada, the MP earned 481 thousand hryvnias, and she was paid insurance payments in the amount of 91 thousand hryvnias.

It has also recently become known that Mykola Marinov, deputy head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, reported significant changes in his property status. In the "expenses" section, there is information about the purchase of movable property worth UAH 480 thousand on September 27, 2024. Most likely, it is a car.
