Mykolaiv City Council to Address Key Issues in February 2025 Meeting

The meeting of the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council will begin on February 12, 2025 at 10.00 am. Members of the executive committee are scheduled to consider 62 issues on the agenda.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.

Among other draft decisions, members of the executive committee should consider supervising the implementation of the international technical assistance project "Modernization of Trolleybus Transport in Mykolaiv" and approving the network of urban electric transport routes.

Also, to determine the recipient of the humanitarian aid received from LEER HILFT MYKOLAJIW and the NGO "Agency of Effective Solutions" and to approve the procedure for providing monetary compensation for partial reimbursement of mortgage loans for 2025-2027.

In addition, the Executive Committee of Mykolaiv City Council is to resolve the issue of priority organizational and technical works and measures aimed at eliminating the dangerous consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

Another item on the executive committee's agenda is the revision of tariffs for paid social services provided by the city's territorial center. The updated list includes care services, delivery of necessary goods, house cleaning and medical support.

The council will also consider a decision to provide targeted financial assistance to community residents in difficult life circumstances. Over UAH 169 thousand has been allocated from the local budget for this purpose.

Recently, the executive committee amended the decision to form a material reserve of the city intended for rapid response to emergencies, including those caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation. The updated measures are aimed at promptly eliminating the consequences of the war and ensuring the stable functioning of critical infrastructure.

In addition, the city budget for 2025 was adjusted in Mykolaiv. The local treasury received four educational subventions from the state budget, which led to corresponding changes in the financing of the sector.
