MP Viktoria Vahner Declares ₴964K Income and Property in Kherson

MP Viktoria Vagner, who represents Kherson region in the Verkhovna Rada, has published her income and property declaration for 2024.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

The MP from the Servant of the People party owns two apartments in Kherson (34.8 square meters and 34.2 square meters). Viktoriia Vahner purchased one of them in 2015 and the other in 2016. She also owns an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 52.8 square meters, purchased on 25.05.2017, and a land plot in Kherson with an area of 887 square meters, purchased on 03.02.2016. On the basis of the warrant, the MP has the right to use another apartment in Kherson with an area of 37.55 square meters.

The MP also indicated a Hyundai Tucson made in 2021, which she purchased for UAH 1,245,400.

Victoria Wagner's total income for the year is UAH 964,543, including her deputy salary of UAH 697,396, her pension of UAH 152,237, and state and social financial assistance of UAH 60,000. The MP also received UAH 13,378 in part-time salary (Lukianova Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology).

In terms of monetary assets, Vagner declared UAH 280,000 in cash, as well as funds on bank accounts in PrivatBank, Oschadbank, and Ukrsibbank. The largest amount on her account is UAH 65,811 at Oschadbank. The declarant also has financial obligations. In 2015, she took out a loan for UAH 69,044 from the Kherson Regional Department of the State Youth Housing Agency.

In addition, in 2017, she received a loan of UAH 820,000 from a citizen Liubov Kovaleva. In 2021, she took out a loan from Oschadbank for UAH 628,631, of which she paid UAH 532,520, but the balance of the debt at the end of the reporting period was UAH 96,110. The declaration also indicates that on April 30, 2024, Wagner made a one-time expenditure of UAH 197,000 to repay a loan obligation for a vehicle.

In addition to her main job, Viktoriia Vahner works as a junior researcher at the All-Ukrainian Center for Motherhood and Childhood, which is a paid job.

Earlier, Tetiana Hasanenko, the head of the Oleshky MBA in Kherson Oblast, reported in her declaration that she bought a car three times cheaper than the market price last year. Natalia Chekhuta, the first deputy head of the Kherson MBA, also bought a private house in Vinnytsia region. And the wife of the dismissed rector of Kherson University, Yuriy Kyrylov, got an expensive apartment in the capital.
