The 2025 declaration of Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych revealed new assets abroad, including real estate in Poland, as well as a large cash gift of UAH 2 million. At the same time, his family's income increased compared to the previous year.

This is stated in the Unified Register of Declarations.

Compared to the declaration for 2024, which Intent previously reported, the main changes relate to income, foreign assets and the structure of the family's property.

Income

The mayor's salary increased from about UAH 946 thousand in 2024 to more than UAH 1.17 million in 2025.

The main income, as before, is generated by his wife's business - over UAH 5 million. In addition, in the reporting year, a new significant income appeared - a gift in cash for UAH 2 million.

Real estate

The composition of property in Ukraine has not changed significantly: apartments, land plots and facilities in Nova Kakhovka remain in the declaration.

The key difference is assets abroad.

While in 2024 the family rented a house in Poland, in 2025 the wife already owns a property there:

This property was purchased in 2025. At the same time, the declaration also states that the family continues to use another property in Poland on a rental basis.

The apartment is registered in the wife's name and is actually used by the family. Taking into account the structure of assets and financial liabilities, it is related to credit (mortgage) obligations.

Transportation.

The motorcycle Indian Scout Bobber, purchased in 2024 for about UAH 223 thousand, is reflected in the new declaration as an existing asset.

No new vehicles were added. As before, the car is not registered for the mayor - his wife uses a Volvo XC90 on a lease basis.

Monetary assets

The structure of assets is generally unchanged:

In addition, the declaration contains financial transactions abroad, including loans related to Polish companies.

Business.

The mayor's wife owns shares in Ukrainian companies as well as in a Polish company. The acquisition of real estate in Poland complements this asset structure.
