MP's company receives 15 million contract in Odesa

The municipal enterprise City Roads has selected Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company as the contractor to restore the road surface after emergency repairs of heating networks in the city.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, and Rostdorstroy was the only participant. The company expects to receive UAH 15 million and will provide services to the utility until December 31.

According to the YouControl service, the ultimate beneficiaries of Rostdorstroy LLC are currently Yuriy Shumacher, a deputy of the Odesa City Council and a representative of Gennadiy Trukhanov's Trust the Deeds party, and businessman Yevhen Konovalov.

The same company has begun work on the overhaul of the sea part of the Novoarkadiysky stormwater collector in Odesa. first, the existing collector will be cleared of sand and debris in the area between the bicycle and pedestrian alley and the artificial beach "Arcadia", between the traverses No. 1 and No. 2 of the second stage of landslide protection structures (former True man beach complex). Then the works will be moved to the beach area, closer to the coastline.

In 2025, the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Odesa Oblast allocated billions of hryvnias for road repairs and maintenance, modernization of border crossing points, and housing rehabilitation. At the same time, significant sums were spent to ensure the operation of the institution itself.

On March 12, the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Odesa Oblast also signed an agreement with Odesa-based Rostdorstroy to carry out additional work on the overhaul of the bridge over the Kofa Canal on the national highway Izmail-Kilia-Vylkove.
