MP Ihor Negulevskyi Reports ₴769K Salary, $260K Cash Savings in 2024

MP Ihor Negulevskyi bought an apartment in the capital, received income from securities and declared several hundred thousand in foreign currency. His salary increased by more than UAH 124 thousand.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

The MP received UAH 769,989 in salary from the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He also received a gift in cash in the amount of 130 thousand hryvnias. The income from the alienation of securities and corporate rights amounted to UAH 101 thousand.

The official is the owner of the company "Sofia-Granit", which is registered in the village of Sofiyivka, Mykolaiv region.

Since 2020, the MP has been using a BMW car, which he purchased for UAH 1.4 million.

The MP also jointly owns an apartment in Voznesensk, and since 2023 he has been renting an apartment and a parking space in Kyiv. In 2024, the MP purchased an apartment in the capital for UAH 1 million 223 thousand 994.

According to the declaration, he keeps UAH 668 in PrivatBank, USD 260 thousand in cash, and EUR 44 thousand in cash.

In addition, the MP took out a loan from PrivatBank in the amount of UAH 1.6 million and paid UAH 125,972,000 in interest on the loan.

Ihor Negulevskyi first became an MP in 2019. Back then, his annual income amounted to UAH 789.4 thousand. In his declaration, he indicated cash savings: 47 thousand euros, 282 thousand dollars, and 1.2 million hryvnias. He also declared a garage in Voznesensk, which he sold the following year.

Since 2020, the MP has declared two cars. In 2022, his MP salary amounted to 463 thousand hryvnias. In 2023, he indicated income from the sale of a car worth 760 thousand hryvnias, but both declared vehicles - Mercedes and BMW - remained in the declaration. In the 2024 report, Mercedes is no longer listed. Negulevskyi 's salary for 2023 amounted to UAH 644.6 thousand, which is less than in previous years.

Also, MP Oleksandr Pasichnyi, who represents Mykolaiv region in the Verkhovna Rada, published his declaration for 2024. According to the document, he owns several properties in Mykolaiv - residential apartments, non-residential premises and land plots. Pasichnyi also declared $170,000 in cash.

Another MP, Artem Chornomorov, declared expensive watches and significant cash savings: 190 thousand hryvnias, 32 thousand dollars, and 88 thousand euros. Despite this, he received more than a million hryvnias in compensation from the state budget for rent.
