<span><span><span><span><span><span>The largest amount of housing was commissioned in the Mykolaiv District. Over the course of half a year, the district added 25,746 square meters of housing. At the same time, the largest increase was recorded in the Voznesensk District. There, 16,572 square meters were put into operation, representing a 546.8% increase compared to the 2025 figure. </span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>Earlier</span></span></span></span></span></span>, the<span><span><span><span><span><span>permitting</span></span></span></span></span></span>department of the Mykolaiv State Architectural and Construction Inspection registered 268 construction permits in the first half of 2026. This is nearly 60% more than during the same period last year.
