In 2025, Khersonteploenergo actively spent budget funds on a wide range of goods and services - from office equipment to multi-million dollar boiler repairs. Among the largest expenses of the year were major repairs of equipment, without which the city will not be able to go through the heating season.

The company started the year by ordering an expert review of the project for the reconstruction of the heating networks of the boiler house at 95 Ivan Bohuna Street. More than UAH 667 thousand was allocated for this purpose. At the same time, Khersonteploenergo purchased electronic communications services for almost UAH 30 thousand. The company purchased equipment for its work: a complete computer for UAH 68,000, two laptops for UAH 53,498 and UAH 16,999, respectively, and a modem for UAH 79,560. The cost of refilling and remanufacturing cartridges alone was over UAH 99,000.

The company invested in various equipment: electrical equipment - UAH 99 thousand, tools - UAH 67 thousand, shovels and rakes - UAH 32.7 thousand. They also purchased an air conditioner worth almost 33 thousand. Liquefied gas worth UAH 273 thousand and gasoline and diesel fuel worth more than UAH 2.2 million were purchased for the vehicle fleet. We also spent UAH 91,734 on batteries.

Among the important areas of expenditure is the development and examination of design and estimate documentation. For example, the overhaul of hot water boiler No. 2 at the boiler house on Bohuna Street was estimated at UAH 415 thousand for documentation alone. Another UAH 360 thousand was spent on preparing documentation for boiler No. 3 on Vyacheslav Veliky Street. For the repairs themselves, more than UAH 31.1 million was allocated for boiler No. 2 and about UAH 12.4 million for boiler No. 3.

In addition, the company purchased materials to eliminate the consequences of the Russian attacks. In particular, OSB-3 boards for almost UAH 7 thousand, as well as construction mastics, putties and solvents for UAH 58 thousand.

Other expenses included gaseous oxygen and gas mixtures in cylinders (over UAH 99 thousand), tires (over UAH 100 thousand), paints (UAH 99 thousand), a jackhammer (UAH 68,628), relays and pressure sensors (UAH 55 thousand). In September, Khersonteploenergo announced another large-scale tender for the development of design documentation for the construction of a new modular boiler house in Hetmansky Lane. The cost of the work was estimated at UAH 846 thousand.

Thus, in 2025, the company spent almost UAH 50 million on the most expensive purchases. The funds were spent not only on the purchase of fuel, equipment, and materials, but also on infrastructure projects.
