In the first five months of 2025, Kherson Parks spent more than 16 million on the most expensive purchases. Among them were the costs of diesel, garbage, building conservation and construction materials.

Intent, with the help of Zakupivli.pro, decided to find out what the most expensive procurement was made by the municipal enterprise "Parks of Kherson" since the beginning of 2025.

The company started the New Year with purchases worth tens of millions of hryvnias. Most of the money was spent on fuel and waste disposal: more than UAH 4 million was spent on diesel fuel, and UAH 170 thousand on gasoline. Another 2.3 million was allocated for waste management.

Electricity distribution services cost the company more than UAH 278 thousand, and electricity itself cost UAH 932 thousand. Another UAH 5.8 million was planned to be spent on closing window openings, preserving roofs and load-bearing walls at housing facilities, utilities and institutions subordinated to the Kherson City Council.

Other expenses included almost UAH 60 thousand for hand tools, UAH 70 thousand for a Yato battery, UAH 28.5 thousand for an electric motor, over UAH 10 thousand for gardening equipment, and UAH 35.3 thousand for a special-purpose vehicle. Over UAH 177 thousand was spent on spare parts for agricultural machinery and vehicles, and over UAH 40 thousand on accessories for work clothes. The company allocated UAH 2.5 million for construction materials and chipboards.

Some of the purchases were made as part of the infrastructure restoration after the Russian occupation and hostilities. The expenditures of Parks of Kherson demonstrate how the company's role has changed as the city recovers from the hostilities.

Also in the first five months of 2025,Mykolaiv Parks spent tens of millions of hryvnias on various services and goods, from garbage collection to equipment upgrades. The most expensive purchases were a flatbed truck for UAH 8.6 million and road vehicles with replaceable equipment based on dump trucks, which cost UAH 21.8 million.
