Funding for the social protection program in Kherson has been renewed—nearly 145 million hryvnias will be allocated to support vulnerable groups in 2026–2028.
This is stated in an order issued by Yaroslav Shank, head of the Kherson City Military Administration.

Specifically, the section on resource allocation has been updated—that is, a breakdown has been provided detailing how much funding will be allocated and for what purposes in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
The order itself notes that the changes are intended to strengthen support for certain categories of citizens under martial law.
