Izmail invests 5 million in renovation of kindergarten for housing for IDPs

In Izmail, they decided to renovate a kindergarten as temporary housing for IDPs. The main contract was awarded to the company of the city council deputy Igor Dekhtyarev.

The Education Department of Izmail City Council has selected contractors to repair the premises of a kindergarten at 4 Klushina Street for the temporary accommodation of internally displaced persons.

A total of UAH 5 million 321 thousand is planned to be allocated from the local budget. More than UAH 4.63 million of the total amount will be spent by the only bidder, Rodnik, the company of Izmail City Council member Igor Dekhtyarev. Workers will have to complete two stages of repairs. In the preschool, windows, ceilings, floors, windows and doors will be renovated. The water supply and sewage system will be replaced in the bathroom. Twelve washbasins and the same number of faucets, seven toilets, and five boilers will be installed.

They will also replace 280 square meters of roof and ventilation system. This also includes the arrangement of the porch and entrance group; landscaping, including playgrounds and landscaping. The cost also includes all necessary construction materials.

Another 690 thousand hryvnias are earmarked for the current repair of evacuation routes and measures to create a barrier-free space. This contract was awarded to Izmailagroshlyakhbud, a company owned by Semen Gergi and Tatyana Gavlitskaya. The contractors are to complete the entire scope of repairs by the end of this year.

At the end of October, Izmail City Central Hospital selected a contractor for the next stage of overhaul of the adult clinic on Klushina Street. The work will also be performed by Rodnik, a private enterprise owned by City Council member Igor Dekhtyarev, under a contract worth UAH 15 million.

Recently, the Department of Capital Construction of the Fontanka Village Council announced a tender for the restoration of the Verbychenka kindergarten, which was damaged during the Russian attack. The only bidder was the private company Stroygazservice, which will receive almost UAH 15 million after the contract is signed.
