Odesa region selects reconstruction of kindergarten for 15 million

The Department of Capital Construction of the Fontansky Village Council of Odesa Oblast has conducted a tender to select a company to restore the building of the Verbychenka preschool, which was damaged as a result of the Russian attack.

This was reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The kindergarten is located in the village of Nova Dofinivka. A kindergarten in the village of Nova Dofinivka in the Fontanska community of Odesa Oblast was severely damaged as a result of a Russian air attack on the night of March 17. It was only in December 2024 that the shelter in this kindergarten was completed and the children were able to attend, but after the Russian strike, they had to be transferred to other preschools.

The drones used by Russians to attack Odesa region on the night of March 17 also left 500 residents of Odesa district without electricity. The attack also damaged a private house, a shop and a car, and injured one person. He was provided with the necessary medical care.

Only Stroygazservice, a private company, took part in the tender to find a contractor to restore the kindergarten, and it expects to receive UAH 14 million 914.6 thousand after the agreement is signed.

According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2019. The owner is currently Angela Parchik.

In July 2025, the publication Antikorruptionnyi Vymir reported that officials of the Center for Financing Educational Institutions of Peresypskyi District signed an agreement to repair the basement of Odesa Lyceum No. 12 and arrange a shelter there without holding an open tender. The contract was awarded to Stroygazservice PE, whose seals were found by law enforcement officers during a search of the basement of another contractor of the Odesa City Council.
