The enemy again massively attacked civilian infrastructure in Odesa region on the night of October 31

According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, the enemy launched another attack with attack drones on the region's energy infrastructure.

According to the official, despite the active work of air defense, one of the industrial facilities was hit. A fire broke out and was quickly extinguished by rescuers. There were no reports of any fatalities or injuries.

In turn, the command of the Ukrainian Air Force reported that on the night of October 31 (from 19:00 on October 30), the enemy attacked the territory of Ukraine with one Iskander-M ballistic missile and 145 Shahed, Gerbera and other types of attack drones.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m., air defense neutralized one ballistic missile and 107 enemy Shahed, Gerber and other types of UAVs in the north, south and east of the country. The Ukrainian Armed Forces recorded 36 strike UAVs at 20 locations.

The night before, on October 30, Russians massively attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure. As a result, emergency power outages were introduced in many regions, including Odesa region.

On the night of October 29, Russian troops again attacked civilian infrastructure in Odesa region. Despite the work of air defense forces, energy and transportation facilities were damaged, and one energy worker was injured. The strike caused a fire that was extinguished by rescuers. Some consumers were temporarily left without electricity.
