This was reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

Over the past week, 2863 cases were recorded, which is 45.8% lower than the epidemic threshold. Of these, 67.6% of cases are among children.

There was also a decrease in the number of acute intestinal infections - by 11.8% compared to the previous week. A total of 45 cases were reported, 73.3% of which were children.

Currently, the epidemic situation in the city remains stable and under control. Medical institutions continue to monitor and take preventive measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

Earlier, Intent wrote that the shadow fleet that transports Russian oil involves companies associated with the family of former Odesa City Council deputy Viktor Baransky.

Viktor Baransky was elected from the Opposition Platform - For Life party. He continued to be a deputy even when his companies started exporting Russian oil. The Odesa resident was deprived of his Ukrainian citizenship only in February 2023.

Regional councils, including those in the Odesa region, have become an ephemeral body that does not know what it is managing and needs to be reformatted and the principles of formation changed.

This opinion was expressed live on Intent.Insight by Anatoliy Boyko, head of the Odesa regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine.

Earlier, deputies of the regional council approved the brand identity of Odesa region. It includes a logo, corporate font and corporate colors.

The High Council of Justice considered a petition filed by Valentyn Zaveriukha, a judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City District Court of Odesa Oblast. He asked to suspend the disciplinary case against him, citing his mobilization to the Armed Forces.
