Halyna Radchenko Declares ₴1.5M Salary and Real Estate Assets in 2024

Judge of the Kherson City Court Halyna Radchenko filed her annual declaration for 2024, in which she indicated real estate, land, cars, salary, and more.

The financial statements were published on March 12 in the Unified State Register of Declarations.

Thus, the judge owns two apartments in Kherson (51.39 m² and 67.17 m²). One of them is jointly owned with Vitaliy Savchenko, and the other is registered in her mother's name. Radchenko also owns a 422 m² plot of land within the Avtobusnyk gardening association.

The judge's car fleet consists of two cars: A 2012 KIA Optima, which she purchased for UAH 227,200, and a 2015 Ford Fiesta, which she uses free of charge and whose owner is the same Vitaliy Savchenko.

Halyna Radchenko received a salary through the Territorial Department of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Kherson region in the amount of UAH 1 million 568 thousand 418 per year, as well as a pension of UAH 251 thousand 781.

In addition, the judge indicated in her declaration UAH 1 million 848 thousand 707 as a monthly lifetime allowance for her mother, Nina Radchenko, who is a retired judge, as well as cash savings: USD 50,000 belonging to her mother and USD 55,000 of her own money.

Meanwhile, the head of the Municipal Guard of the Kherson City Council, Serhiy Andreev, has neither his own nor rented housing, but indicated a salary of UAH 34 million that he earned last year.

And the head of the Oleshky City Military Administration in Kherson Oblast , Tetiana Hasanenko, reported in her declaration that she bought a car three times cheaper than the market price last year. Also, Natalia Chekhuta, the first deputy head of the Kherson MVA, bought a private house in Vinnytsia region. At the same time, the wife of the dismissed rector of Kherson University, Yuriy Kyrylov, bought an expensive apartment in the capital. Also, Alla Malytska , CEO of the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after E.E. Karabelesh, who was first fired and then reinstated, declared real estate, a land plot, a motorboat, and foreign currency savings.
