The head of the Municipal Guard of the Kherson City Council, Serhiy Andreev, has neither his own nor rented housing, but he indicated a salary of UAH 34 million that he earned last year.

This became known from the official's declaration for 2024.

According to the document, Andreev continues to serve as a local government official. At the same time, the document does not contain any information on the ownership of real estate, vehicles, securities or corporate rights by him or his family members.

In particular, the declaration contains only information about Andreev's income, which amounts to UAH 34 million 826 thousand 441, which is the amount of his salary for the past year.

The official may have made a mistake, as in the updated declaration for 2023, the head of Munvarta declared an amount slightly higher than UAH 181 thousand in salary.

The document for 2023 does not indicate any real estate, securities, shares in companies or other valuables, as well as no financial liabilities or additional sources of income other than salary.

Meanwhile, in his declaration for 2022, the former head of the Borozensky Rural Military Administration in Kherson Oblast, Semen Moschenskyi, indicated inaccurate information about property and assets worth more than UAH 13 million. The NACP also found false information in the declaration of Yuriy Shumakher, who is a beneficiary of the Rostdorstroy road company and a member of the Odesa City Council from the Trust the Deeds faction.

Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau opened a criminal investigation into the alleged declaration of false information by former Deputy Prosecutor of Odesa Region Oleh Kornilov.

In addition, judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odesa Alla Malomuzh did not indicate in her declaration the rental of an apartment in the United Arab Emirates worth almost UAH 700,000.
