Enemy drones hit a gas pipeline in Kherson region and a company in Mykolaiv

During the day, Russians attacked Kherson and Mykolaiv regions with drones, aircraft, and artillery, and dozens of settlements came under fire. Housing, infrastructure, and businesses were damaged, and two people were wounded, but air defense systems shot down several enemy drones.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, at least 26 settlements in the Kherson region came under attack from drones, aircraft and artillery over the past day. Among them are Antonivka, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Beryslav, Zolota Balka and the city of Kherson.

The occupants were shelling residential areas and civilian infrastructure. Enemy fire damaged a multi-storey building, seven private houses, a gas pipeline, a well and garages. Two people were wounded in the shelling. In the night attack, Ukrainian air defense shot down one Shahed-131/136 drone over the region.

According to Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Military District Air Defense Administration, an enemy drone was shot down over the Mykolaiv region at night. The wreckage landed on the territory of a company in Mykolaiv, damaging the building and equipment, and there was a fire, but rescuers quickly extinguished it. No people were injured.

Yesterday evening, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv district several times with FPV drones and shelled Kutsurubska community. A warehouse in Dniprovske village was damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

According to the General Staff, yesterday the enemy attacked Ukrainian units and localities with three missiles and 75 air strikes, fired 16 rockets and 143 guided bombs. In addition, it fired 4,703 times, including 184 times from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 4,679 kamikaze drones.

The air strikes were carried out, in particular, in the areas of Novopavlivka, Shcherbaki, Magdalynivka, Lukyanivske in Zaporizhzhia and Antonivka in Kherson region.

At about nine in the morning, the occupants shelled the central district of Kherson. A 73-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to her abdomen, she was taken to hospital. The day before, shelling damaged a multi-storey building, eight private houses and a car in Dniprovsky district. Two people were killed and two others, including a child, were wounded. While clearing the rubble, rescuers found the body of a dead woman.

On the night of September 7, Russian troops launched a combined attack on Ukraine, using attack drones and ground missiles. In Odesa, the attack damaged 18 buildings and 124 apartments. The building of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Sports Palace were also damaged.
