Intent has already written that in Velyka Oleksandrivka, Kherson region, the construction of a shelter in a local school was ordered without a tender. The contract worth more than UAH 150 million will be awarded to a Kyiv-based company whose director is involved in a criminal case of embezzlement of budget funds, and whose father has a criminal record for treason.
