The flow of dismissals in the Odesa City Council, which began after the deprivation of citizenship and powers of Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov, has continued.

The relevant order was published by the press service of the Odesa municipality.

Pavlo Vugelman has held this position since February 20216. He is known for his involvement with Gennadiy Trukhanov in the high-profile case of buying the Krayan plant building at an inflated price. He is also known for receiving money as a gift for several years in a row - 420 thousand hryvnias annually from Volodymyr Vugelman, most likely his father.

In June 2023, journalists from the Mykolaiv Center for Investigative Journalism reported that Pavlo Vuhelman received financial assistance in the amount of UAH 89.1 thousand in 2022, but the official did not mention it in his declaration.

Meanwhile, Valeriy Silina was replaced by Volodymyr Domnitsak , the deputy mayor and chief of staff of the Dnipro Regional State Administration.

The reason for Valeriy Silin's dismissal was his personal statement. He is to be paid monetary compensation for 98 calendar days of unused annual leave.

On October 15, the President signed a decree appointing the head of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, as the head of the newly created Odesa City Military Administration. His team included two deputies: Nadiya Zadorozhna, former deputy head of the Dnipropetrovs'k regional administration for social issues, Olga Lozova, former director of the Department of Education and Science of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Military Administration, Hennadiy Raskin, who had previously worked in the mayor's office, and Serhiy Krasylenko, who was appointed deputy head of the Odesa military administration.
