The regional office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions has put up for sale the building and property of the Odesa State Design Bureau of Cinema Equipment.

This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The assets include non-residential buildings and structures, namely: the main building, a garage, a warehouse, two workshops, a fence, and paving. There are no movable property and vehicles on the company's balance sheet. The starting price of the complex is UAH 28 million 828.2 thousand.

The facility was put up for sale in thesmall-scale privatization mode, which is a route for purchasing enterprises, buildings, and stakes in companies owned by the state (managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) or communities (managed by local authorities). Small-scale privatization is limited to objects with a book value of up to UAH 250 million.

Earlier, the State Property Fund also put up for privatization auction a 99.57% stake in the Odesa Port Plant. The enterprise is one of the largest chemical complexes in Ukraine with exports to more than 30 countries. The auction will take place on November 25, with a starting price of UAH 4.5 billion. Preparation and participation in the auction will be provided by the managers of the Ukrainian Universal Exchange, who have successful experience in supporting the winners of large-scale privatization.

Also, an unfinished multi-storey building in Zatoka, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region, was put up for sale after nine unsuccessful attempts to hold an auction.

The starting price of the new auction is UAH 71 million 326.1 thousand, which is more than the last one - UAH 59 million 337 thousand, but less than the penultimate one - UAH 79 million 116 thousand. The building is the property of the bankrupt Pivdenbud Limited Liability Company.
