In July 2024, Dmytro Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa State Administration, sold his car for three times its original value, purchased five years ago.

This information was obtained by the Center for Public Investigations from the official's property statements.

Radulov became the owner of a 2006 Skoda Octavia A5 in January 2019. In his declaration for that year, he indicated that the car cost 89 thousand hryvnias. However, in July of this year, he sold it to Vladislav Postnikov for 273 thousand hryvnias.
