Contractor selected in Odesa to overhaul building after shelling on Serednyaya Street

The multi-storey building, which was damaged by the shelling of Odesa on July 3, will be overhauled.

Information about the procurement was published on the public procurement platform Prozorro on July 22.

UAH 11 million 629 thousand 379.93 will be allocated to eliminate the consequences of the destruction. For this amount, the contractor will have to perform a number of works. In particular, it is planned to clear the territory of debris, provide heat and noise insulation, lay floor beams, flooring panels, interior wall panels, and other major works to restore the homes of Odesa residents.

The customer of the works is the Department of City Improvement of Odesa City Council. Hi-Tech Elite-Stroy LLC will be responsible for the repairs.

We also wrote that on July 3, six people were injured, including two children. Russian troops attacked Odesa with attack drones. The shelling damaged an apartment building. Some apartments were completely destroyed, others were damaged.

Earlier it was reported that the Zaporizhzhia-Odesa train came under Russian fire in the Dnipro region and passengers had to be evacuated, with no casualties among passengers or railroad workers. The missile hit near the train.

And in just one day, Mykolaiv region suffered 57 episodes of fire due to climatic conditions and only one shelling.

And in the center of Mykolaiv, a weekly event was held to remind people of Ukrainian prisoners of war and missing defenders. Despite the shelling, about 170 people joined the event.

A special moment of the event was the greeting of Oleksandr Fartushnyi, a soldier who was released from Russian captivity in March 2025. He joined the rally to support the families of those who have not yet returned home.
