Antitrust authorities reveal signs of collusion at land auctions in Odesa region

The Southern Interregional Territorial Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has started consideration of a case on the grounds of collusion between two limited liability companies during an auction for the sale of land lease rights in Odesa region.

This was reported by the press service of the department.

It was noted that these are the limited liability companies Yasni Zori and Podilske ZPP. The auctions were held by the Oknyansky village council and the Kuyalnytsia village council of the Podolsky district of Odesa region in 2022.

According to the YouControl service, Yasni Zori LLC was founded in 2001. The owners are Yurii Rodin, a resident of Odesa, and Dmitrijs Bekker from Latvia. Podilske Grain Processing Enterprise LLC was registered in 1998. The owners are the same people, and Yasni Zori LLC is listed among the founders of Podilske ZPP.

The founders of Yasni Zori LLC are Sky Investment Holding LLC and Villa Flora LLC. Yuriy Rodin is also the owner of Villa Flora LLC:

Earlier, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined the Private Joint Stock Company "Izmail Winery" for failure to provide information at the request of the AMCU authorized officer.
