The Southern Interregional Territorial Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has started consideration of a case on the grounds of collusion between two limited liability companies during an auction for the sale of land lease rights in Odesa region.
This was reported by the press service of the department.
It was noted that these are the limited liability companies Yasni Zori and Podilske ZPP. The auctions were held by the Oknyansky village council and the Kuyalnytsia village council of the Podolsky district of Odesa region in 2022.
According to the YouControl service, Yasni Zori LLC was founded in 2001. The owners are Yurii Rodin, a resident of Odesa, and Dmitrijs Bekker from Latvia. Podilske Grain Processing Enterprise LLC was registered in 1998. The owners are the same people, and Yasni Zori LLC is listed among the founders of Podilske ZPP.
The founders of Yasni Zori LLC are Sky Investment Holding LLC and Villa Flora LLC. Yuriy Rodin is also the owner of Villa Flora LLC:
- 1995 - co-founder of Gayevsky's Pharmacy;
- 1997-2023 - Co-owner of Tecom Insurance Company;
- since 1997 - co-founder of Pharmacy Chain Pharmacy;
- since 2001, co-founder and beneficiary (directly owns 26.902% of shares as of 2023) of the Latvian bank Regionala investiciju banka (Regional Investment Bank), a branch of Pivdenny Bank;
- since 2001 - co-owner of Flora and Yasni Zori farms, on the basis of which the agricultural holding Tecom Agro Group was later founded;
- since 2003 - co-founder and director of Tecom Asset Management, which manages assets of collective investment institutions;
- 2005-2022 - beneficiary of the venture fund ZNVKIF "Strategic Investments";
- 2006-2023 - co-owner of Tecom Development.
Earlier, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine fined the Private Joint Stock Company "Izmail Winery" for failure to provide information at the request of the AMCU authorized officer.
