The Southern Interregional Territorial Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has opened a case on the grounds that two companies from Odesa region have violated the legislation on protection of economic competition.
According to the AMCU's press service, the companies in question are Raliyivka Limited Liability Company and Podillya Agrofirm, a private enterprise.
The companies committed the violations during their joint participation in auctions for the sale of land lease rights held in 2023 and 2024 by the Bereziv City Council of Odesa Oblast and the Mykolaiv Village Council of Bereziv District, Odesa Oblast.
"Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, the Department has identified circumstances that may indicate the coordination of actions of the above-mentioned auction participants," the AMCU said.
Earlier, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine exposed collusion between two participants in public procurement in Odesa - entrepreneur Oleksandr Meradzhi and UkrSnab 2014 LLC. On July 16, 2025, UkrSnab 2014 was fined UAH 134.6 thousand. Entrepreneur Oleksandr Meradzhy had already ceased his activities at the time of the decision.
He also exposed two private companies that colluded during capital repair tenders in Odesa Oblast. ATRIY PE and Yuzhspetstrade PE colluded during tenders for insulation of the facade of a house in Tairovo, repair of an outpatient clinic in Ryasnopol, overhaul of the school grounds in Pivdenne and a sports ground in Hradenytsi. The tenders took place back in 2020. They were fined half a million hryvnias.
