Getting a veterinary passport is an important step for every responsible pet owner. This document not only records vaccinations and treatments, but is also required for traveling abroad or participating in exhibitions.

To change the owner in the passport, the new owner must contact the veterinary clinic with the animal's passport. The doctor will make changes to the "Owner" column: name, contact information, address. The changes are confirmed by the veterinarian's signature and seal.
Please note: if the animal is chipped, the change of ownership must also be recorded in the database.
