How to Get a Veterinary Passport in Ukraine: Costs,

How to change the owner of an animal in a passport?

To change the owner in the passport, the new owner must contact the veterinary clinic with the animal's passport. The doctor will make changes to the "Owner" column: name, contact information, address. The changes are confirmed by the veterinarian's signature and seal.
