But along with its popularity, the competition for patients is also growing: more and more often you can see "great deals" with rhinoplasty for minimal money. For many, it looks like a chance to change their appearance at a lower cost.

In fact, this is one of those procedures where a compromise on quality can have serious consequences, and the cost of rhinoplasty is formed by many factors.

Anatomical complexity

Any intervention in the nasal area involves working with delicate structures. The bone and cartilage base, septum, mucous membrane, blood supply, and nasal concha are not just elements of shape, but components that ensure normal nasal breathing.

Rhinoplasty does not have a single universal technique. Success depends on the surgeon's experience, his or her ability to individually choose a tactic and predict the result. In case of unsuccessful correction, the following may occur

One of the critical aspects is the quality of the materials used during surgery:

• Suture material must be biocompatible and not cause reactions;
• internal fixators, if used, must be appropriate to the patient's anatomy;
• sterile bags, bandages, gels - all this must be safe and certified.

Also, cheap clinics may limit postoperative care, which is the period when it is important not to lose shape due to swelling, bruising, or stretching of the tissues.

Repeated rhinoplasty is a separate category of complexity

According to medical statistics, repeated nose surgery (the so-called revision rhinoplasty) is much more common after low-cost interventions. This procedure is not only more complicated, it also costs much more and requires a longer rehabilitation period. Why?

• After the first unsuccessful correction, scars form that change the anatomy.
• There are often cartilage defects that require donor transplants
• Microcirculation is impaired, and tissues react worse to repeated intervention.

When choosing a clinic for rhinoplasty, you shouldn't look for the lowest price. The surgeon's experience, technical support, materials, and postoperative support all contribute to the result that you will live with for years.
