Ukrzaliznytsia canceled several more flights in Odesa region due to shelling

Odesa Railways has resumed the movement of trains that were stopped due to the Russian attack on September 26 in the Rozdilnyansky district, but due to the shelling on September 27, several more flights will be temporarily suspended.

This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.

Currently, the restoration of the infrastructure damaged by the attack is still ongoing, so a number of trains will run with backup diesel locomotives. However, due to another enemy attack on September 27, the following trains were temporarily canceled:

Train No. 7021 Podilsk - Odesa-Holovna (instead of Slobidka - Odesa-Holovna) will also run on a shortened route.

The flights of four trains running from Odesa to Rozdilne and Podilsk districts were temporarily canceled due to the Russian attack on Odesa region on the night of September 26.

Also, flight #6255 Vapnyarka - Podilsk is running on a changed route instead of Vapnyarka - Odesa-Holovna.

On the night of September 26, the Russian army once again attacked Odesa region with attack drones, trying to target infrastructure.

On September 23, one woman was killed and three other people were injured in an air strike in Odesa region. The attack also caused a fire in five kiosks, which firefighters quickly extinguished. The buildings of a hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, a cultural center, an administrative services center and several cars were damaged.

Two civilians were injured: a 66-year-old and a 49-year-old man. One of the victims is in hospital.
