In 2024, MPs from Odesa region declared more than 30 residential properties. Three MPs declared the least amount of property or nothing at all.

Experts of the all-Ukrainian public campaign "Certification of Local Council Deputies" analyzed how the MPs' assets have changed over this time and checked 78 declarations submitted by 13 MPs from Odesa Oblast between 2019 and 2024.

Among other things, the study also monitored the residential and non-residential real estate declared by MPs and their family members in 2024. Both personal and joint property listed in the declarations were taken into account.

Among the MPs, Anton Kisse is the leader in terms of the number of residential properties: he and his wife have 11 properties with a total area of over 1465 m². The MP himself owns three apartments and three houses, and his wife owns five more apartments. Kisse bought one of the houses with an area of 51.6 m² last year.

The third position is occupied by Stepan Cherniavskyi: his declaration lists 3.5 properties with a total area of over 310 m². He owns two apartments and half of a residential building in Podil district. His wife owns another house.

We should also mention Ivan Shynkarenko, who, although not among the top three, purchased an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 138.9 m² in 2024.

In total, 13 MPs from Odesa region declared 31 residential properties in 2024. At the same time, members of Odesa City Council declared twice as many properties in the same year. Artem Dmytruk, Oleksiy Leonov and Oleksandr Tkachenko did not declare any residential property.
