They don't do it themselves: Odesskogorsvet hired a contractor to illuminate streets in Arcadia

Odesa City Council municipal enterpriseOdesmisksvitlo has signed a UAH 5.6 million agreement with Asvit Electrical Company LLC to repair outdoor lighting and power supply networks in Arcadia.

According to the Public Procurement Center, an open tender with special conditions was held on September 14. According to the terms of reference, the contractor is to carry out construction and installation work on the installation of a high-voltage cable line and commissioning. The works are to be completed by December 13, 2024.

Only one bidder, Asvit Electrical Installation Company LLC, submitted proposals for the tender, and on October 4, the municipal utility signed a contract for these works for UAH 5 million 611 thousand.

According to the Youcontrol analytical system, Asvit Electrical Installation Company LLC has been on the market for over 20 years. The main activity is electrical work. The owners of the company are Andrii Tkach and Oleksandr Soloviov, residents of Odesa region. The company has been participating in public procurement since 2011. During this time, they have signed 220 contracts worth UAH 16.2 million. Of these, 168 were signed with Odesmisksvitl for UAH 14.1 million. By the way, prior to this agreement of October 4, the most expensive contract for Asvit was for UAH 747.9 thousand. This means that this is the only contract of EC Asvit LLC for more than one million hryvnias in 13 years.

Earlier, the Executive Committee of the Beryslav City Council signed an agreement for the purchase of mavicars for UAH 8.7 million with a company that has been on the market for only 10 months. At the same time, all documents, even President Zelenskyy's decree declaring martial law, were classified. They will be opened only 90 days after the end of the war.

Also, the Mayakivka village council in Odesa region has announced a tender for major repairs to the Nadlyman school for the second time. The budget was set at more than 84 million hryvnias. But another interesting thing is that this school was already renovated in 2021.
