Valentyn Filimonenko, prosecutor of the Rozdilnyansky District Prosecutor's Office in Odesa Oblast, declared the sale of a car for UAH 340,000 at the end of 2025.
According to the Center for Public Investigations, the prosecutor indicated this in his declaration of significant changes in property status.
In his income declaration for 2024, the prosecutor indicated that he owned three vehicles - two cars: A 2009 Nissan Qashqai, which the prosecutor bought in 2022 for 228 thousand hryvnias<i> </i>and a 2013 Geely CK, which has belonged to his wife since 2023 and cost, according to the declaration, 110 thousand hryvnias at the time of purchase. The prosecutor also owns a MotoLeader ML250 CRF motorcycle, which he bought in 2024 for 38 thousand hryvnias.
According to the anti-fraud project 190, the prosecutor sold a Nissan Qashqai. He also owns a land plot (72.3 thousand square meters) in the village of Mala Lepetikha, Kherson region, and a land plot of 1080 square meters in the village of Velyka Lepetikha. He and his wife also have an 83-square-meter house there. In Odesa region, the prosecutor's family has no housing according to the declaration, but they use a 74.3-square-meter house and 2.5 thousand square meters of land.
The anti-fraud project 190 reported that Prosecutor Valentyn Filimonenko and his wife Tetiana Filimonenko lived and worked in Kherson region before the full-scale invasion of Russia. Until 2022, Filimonenko was the prosecutor of the Velykolepetivka Department of the Kakhovka District Prosecutor's Office in Kherson Oblast, and his wife worked as a courtroom clerk in the Velykolepetivka District Court of Kherson Oblast. In 2022, the prosecutor was transferred to the Rozdilnyansky District Prosecutor's Office in Odesa Oblast. After leaving the Velykolepetskyi District Court, Tetyana Filimonenko tried to become a judge, and now she is applying for the position of a prosecutor in the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.
