The most expensive purchases of Khersonelectrotrans: what the budget funds were spent on

In 2025, Khersonelectrotrans spent most of its funds on electricity, fuel, security services, and components for trolleybus repairs. At the same time, the company also financed other areas of activity.

Intent analyzed the largest transactions through the Zakupivli.pro platform. It should be noted that the analysis is based on the expected cost of procurement, as the initial price may decrease during auctions.

The city utility Khersonelectrotrans started the year by ordering tire fitting of 19.5-22.5 used tires and other services for repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, for which it planned to spend UAH 30 thousand. They also ordered batteries, Marcher tires and other equipment. The most expensive purchase in January was physical security of the facilities, which cost over UAH 195 thousand.

The company spent about UAH 34 thousand on water supply, and almost UAH 15 thousand on solid waste disposal services. The month ended with a procurement for the organization and implementation of maintenance, repair and technical support for the control system of the telemechanics system of traction substations, which cost almost UAH 65 thousand from the budget.

In February, the most expensive procurement was an order for oil and distillates, which cost UAH 206 thousand. March was marked by the purchase of a coal trolleybus contact insert, which cost over UAH 48 thousand. Other equipment was also ordered during the month, with purchases not exceeding UAH 14 thousand.

In May, the company started spending more money: more than UAH 97,000 was spent on ASBL-10KV 3*120 cable, more than UAH 32,000 on tires, and UAH 17,000 on couplings. In June, they ordered more tires for more than 32 thousand hryvnias, oil for more than 172 thousand hryvnias, and air springs for 21 thousand hryvnias.

The seventh month of the year was devoted to equipment purchases. Almost UAH 22 thousand of the budget was spent on cable couplings, UAH 8 thousand on hoses, etc. In August, the company again ordered oil and distillates for 270 thousand hryvnias. Electricity distribution cost over UAH 322 thousand.

Electricity itself was ordered in September, for which they were ready to spend more than UAH 2 million 366 thousand. In the same month, another UAH 167 thousand was added for electricity, and another UAH 473 thousand 520 was spent on the supply of electricity by the supplier of last resort.

According to the analysis, in 2025, Khersonelectrotrans spent more than UAH 4.8 million on the largest purchases. In general, the company focused on electricity, oil, and vehicle repairs.

Khersonvodokanal also spent more than UAH 152 million on the most expensive procurement. The largest sums were spent on electricity, its distribution, water pipeline repairs, and diesel fuel.
