Ondatabot has updated its annual ranking of Ukraine's largest employers in each region by analyzing the financial statements of Ukrainian companies.

According to the platform's analysts, in 10 regions of Ukraine, including Odesa and Mykolaiv, the largest employers are companies that provide the country with electricity.

These are the following:

Traditionally, Ukrzaliznytsia remains the largest employer in the capital and Ukraine as a whole, with 169,952 employees. Over the year, the number of employees decreased by 4.9%. Ukrzaliznytsia is also among the top ten companies in the Opendatabot Index in the field of transport and logistics. In the Kherson region, analysts identified Taurt Medical (Medigroup LLC) as the leader. The company employs 426 people: a 6% decrease over the year.

The number of businessmen whose companies generate more than UAH 10 million in revenue in Ukraine has reached 74 thousand, and 4,431 of them work in Odesa region.
