A grain warehouse in the Odesa region has been put up for sale for $650,000

<span><span><span><span><span><span>In Izmail, Odesa Oblast, a grain warehouse with a capacity of 15,000 metric tons has been put up for sale for $650,000. The facility is located one and a half kilometers from the Danube port and has its own railroad track.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span> The warehouse complex is designed for the receipt, accumulation, storage, and subsequent shipment of grains, oilseeds, and other bulk cargo. It can be used as a grain storage facility, a port-side logistics hub, or a base for assembling export shipments. The total simultaneous storage capacity is up to 15,000 metric tons of product.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>A railroad track running through the complex allows for the simultaneous parking of up to 11 railcars. The facility</span></span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><span><span> features a railroad scale for monitoring the weight of cargo arriving or departing by rail, as well as a truck scale.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The facility is connected to all major utility networks: electricity and natural gas.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

Previously, the regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for the Odesa and Mykolaiv regions had re -auctioned the single property complex of the state-owned enterprise “Black Sea State Regional Geological Enterprise.” The starting price for the sale is 34 million 331 thousand hryvnias.
