<span><span><span><span><span><span>An online auction has been announced in Odesa for the sale of assets belonging to the bankrupt company UKRBUDSPECTEKH LLC. Commercial properties in the very center of the city—at 105/1 Malaya Arnautskaya Street—have been put up for auction.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>The relevant information has been published on the Prozorro.Sales platform.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
The lot is expected to sell for 64,538,000 hryvnias.
<span><span><span><span><span><span>The property consists of a three-story non-residential building with a total area of 2,146 square meters, located within a residential building. The property is intended for use as stores or retail space.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>The premises are functionally connected to an adjacent annex, which is not part of the lot. The property does not have a separate entrance or its own staircases between floors—access to the interior and movement between the first, second, and third floors is possible only through the entrance areas and stairwells of the adjacent premises.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>The property was put up for auction by the LLC through the arbitration manager Tetyana Kolmykova in accordance with the requirements of bankruptcy law. The commercial premises are managed by the company “Nova-Khvylia.”</span></span></span></span></span></span>
<span><span><span><span><span><span>Applications from potential buyers will be accepted until 8:00 p.m. on September 16, 2026. The auction itself is scheduled for September 17 and will begin at 12:35 p.m.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

The property was put up for auction as part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Ukrbudspetstekh LLC.
The Odessa TSUM building had long been part of the asset portfolio of businessman and former People’s DeputyLeonid Klimovthrough companies affiliated with him and the now-bankrupt “Imexbank.” Due to debts owed to the state and the bank’s liquidation, the department store was added to the Deposit Guarantee Fund’s list of collateralized assets.
