The members of the Standing Committee on Spatial Development, Land Management and Regulation of Land Relations agreed to submit to the session the possibility of granting ownership and lease of more than 20 land plots in Odesa.

The deputies adopted the relevant decisions on May 9.

The plots in question are for the construction and maintenance of a residential building, outbuildings and structures (personal plots) with a total area of 1.9 hectares. The plots include 16, 16/25 Tinysta Street, which is to be transferred to Serhiy and Tatyana Kivalov.

An important stage in the preparation for the plenary session is the meeting of the permanent deputy commissions, where the deputies discuss draft decisions and recommend or not recommend them for voting in the session hall.

Before the previous session, which took place on April 16, 35 committee meetings were held. Before the plenary session, 85 draft decisions were published on the city website.

According to Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information," draft legal acts and decisions of local self-government bodies developed by the relevant administrators are published by them no later than 10 working days before the date of their consideration for adoption. That is, if the session is scheduled for April 16, draft decisions should have been made publicly available no later than April 2. But on April 2, only 67 out of 85 draft decisions were published.

At the previous meeting, the Commission on Spatial Development, Land Management and Regulation of Land Rights of the Odesa City Council agreed for the second time to submit to the session the issue of granting a plot of land in the city for permanent use to the State Research Institute of Cybersecurity and Information Protection Technologies.
