There have been changes in the Kherson City Military Administration. The former head of the district administration has been appointed first deputy.

This was announced by the head of the Kherson MMA Yaroslav Shanko.

Mykhailo Lynetsky has been appointed first deputy head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko. According to the official, Lynetskyi has many years of management experience and knows the Kherson community, its problems and needs well. In his new role, he will be responsible for the key areas of the city's life, coordination of structural units and implementation of the tasks facing the administration.

I am convinced that Mykhailo's professionalism and responsibility will allow us to work even more effectively for the stability and development of our community even in these extremely difficult conditions of war," said the head of KHMAD.

Previously, Lynetskyi headed the Kherson District State Administration, where he was appointed in April 2021. In August 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers approved his dismissal from this position.
