According to the hub's organizers, it is a new format space where students in grades 7-9 will be able to try themselves on real professional-grade equipment.

The hub is part of an initiative to pilot a new system of career support for students in Odesa Oblast in partnership with the DECIDE Project, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the Odesa Oblast State Administration.

The total budget of the project is UAH 6.3 million, of which UAH 4.1 million was funded by DECIDE, UAH 1 million was co-financed by the Odesa Regional State Administration, and UAH 1.2 million was provided by the special fund of the Northern Center for Vocational Education.

The Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE - "Decentralization for the Development of Democratic Education" is implemented in Ukraine by the NGO DOCCU in partnership with the University of Education Zurich (Switzerland) with the support of Switzerland, represented by the Swiss Cooperation Office in Ukraine, and aims to support two key reforms - education and decentralization.

The project covered three educational institutions: Savranskyi, Osychkivskyi and Kontsebiyivskyi lyceums;
. More than 100 students have been trained in the Professions course. The following companies have already become residents of the hub: Baltska Sewing Factory, MHP, PROGRESS, Savran Agricultural Complex, Svit Meblev-Ukraine, and PROGRESSAGRO Farm.
