The Tairova village council has announced a tender for the construction of a 90-seat school canteen with a radiation shelter. The project cost is UAH 164 million. The auction is scheduled for August 13.

The relevant tender is published on the Prozorro portal.

The new building is planned to be modern, energy efficient, and fully adapted to the needs of children, taking into account barrier-free accessibility and safety requirements. A bomb shelter has been designed in the basement, which can accommodate up to 227 people in case of an emergency. A separate warm passage to the shelter and dining room will be arranged for kindergarten children to ensure safe and comfortable movement.

The project also provides for the installation of ventilation, bathrooms, storage rooms for food and contaminated clothing, as well as a medical center. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2027. Initially, the construction of the canteen was planned for January 2022. However, after the full-scale invasion of Russia, the project was revised to include the need for protective infrastructure. Previously, funding was provided from a state subvention, but now the project is to be implemented at the expense of the local budget.

Earlier , a court in Odesa fined Tymur Khasayev , the head of Tairovo village , UAH 60,560 for inaction . According to the document, the story began in 2023 when the court partially upheld the claim of Zhanna Pozhydaieva, who stated that the village head had failed to act within his competence to build a road surface in accordance with building codes, state standards and norms on Pyvovarna Street in the village.
